Release day for Tristis Manor!

by J.R. Wagner

The day is finally here!

Tristis Manor is now available to the public.

I had originally planned to offer Tristis Manor for free but when I discovered RAINN, I realized that being able to help others who may have experienced similar atrocities as Margaret, the main character in Tristis Manor was just too important.

So please remember that ALL proceeds for the next 4 months go to RAINN, a truly wonderful charity.  More details about them below.

Quick Synopsis: Margaret lives in a constant state of fear. Fear of her mother, whose constant state of anger and unwillingness to speak of Margaret's past have long since pushed Margaret away. Fear of disappointing her father should he ever discover the events of that day. Most of all, Margaret lives in fear of her abuser's return. Margaret turns to self-harm to cope with her pain and fear. Only when her self-inflicted injuries bring her near death does she realize she has the power and the support from an unlikely place to stand up to her fears and believe in herself again. Tristis Manor is a novella from The Never Chronicles, an epic fantasy series.

Tristis Manor is currently only available as an Ebook and can be purchased at the following retailers:

Amazon

Smashwords

Barnes and Noble

The files are currently uploading at

Kobo

I will update you as soon as they are ready.

Tristis Manor is priced at $1.99!

Grab a copy and tell your friends to pick up one as well to help support this excellent cause.

When you're done reading and loving it, I'd appreciate a review to help keep the momentum going.

Tristis Manor is up on Goodreads waiting for reviews or you can review it on the site where it was purchased.

One final note: You don't need an e-reader to read an eBook. If you have access to a computer, you can use one of many online e-readers.

About RAINN:

Second, from March 20th to July 20th, 100% of the proceeds of this book will benefit the Rape, Abuse and Incest National Network (RAINN). RAINN is the nation's largest anti-sexual violence organization and was named one of "America's 100 Best Charities" by Worth magazine. RAINN created and operates the National Sexual Assault Hotline (800.656.HOPE and online.rainn.org) in partnership with more than 1,100 local rape crisis centers across the country and operates the DoD Safe Helpline for the Department of Defense. RAINN also carries out programs to prevent sexual violence, help victims and ensure that rapists are brought to justice. To learn more about RAINN, visit rainn.org.

  1. Yay! I'll have to get this! I don't read e-books very quickly. Never finished one...

Another Yay!: I forced the school library to get Exiled! And it was easy!
I said "Hey! There's this book, it's called Exiled, and-"
The librarian, looking it up on amazon said, "Ooh!" and printed the screen.

  2. It's short so you've got that going for ya!

That's awesome! If they balk at buying a copy let me know, I'll send 'em one.

  3. How kind! Not necessary, though; my school library is always excited for new books. As soon as I get there, I'm going to tell the city library too.
